Comprei material para executar um serviço no dia de hoje. O material em questão não tinha disponível no estoque. Venderam o produto mesmo assim prometendo que trariam no dia seguinte. A compra foi efetuada na quarta para eu retirar na quinta. Cheguei na loja na quinta feira fim de tarde já ( passei o dia comprando material para a obra em questão ) sou informado que o material não havia chegado , que esqueceram de trazer. Aí me prometeram entregar o material em minha residência na sexta feira ( hoje ) as 8:00 da manhã. Eu saio para o trabalho as 7:20 , aguardei até às 8:15 e como não vinham fui trabalhar. Aí depois de isso sou informado que por conta do ERRO deles eu teria que pagar taxa de entrega para receber o material que já era para estar comigo desde quinta. Felizmente com essa atitude "lojas" assim não duram.

O combinado era a entrega ser realizado as 8:00 da manhã. Vocês que não cumpriram o combinado e não eu! Na realidade o produto já era para estar em minha posse no dia anterior. Como já disse , felizmente com essa atitude "lojas" com esse tipo de vício não duram. Presto serviço aos meus clientes e tenho responsabilidade sobre o que combino. Tive gasto extra por conta do ERRO que vocês não assumiram e mesmo assim não repassei ao meu cliente , pois o combinado não sai caro. O erro foi meu em confiar em vocês.

I bought material to perform a service today. The material in question was not available from stock. They sold the product anyway, promising that they would bring it the next day. The purchase was made on Wednesday for me to collect on Thursday. I arrived at the store on Thursday afternoon already (I spent the day buying material for the work in question) I am informed that the material had not arrived, that they forgot to bring it. Then I was promised to deliver the material to my home on Friday (today) at 8:00 am. I left for work at 7:20, waited until 8:15 and as they didn't come I went to work. Then after that I am informed that because of their ERROR I would have to pay a delivery fee to receive the material that was supposed to be with me since Thursday. Fortunately with this attitude "stores" do not last.

The arrangement was for delivery to be made at 8:00 am. You who did not meet the agreement and not me! In reality the product was supposed to be in my possession the day before. As I said, fortunately with this attitude "stores" with this type of addiction do not last. I provide service to my customers and have responsibility for what I combine. I had to spend extra on account of the ERROR that you did not assume and even so I did not pass it on to my client, because the agreement is not expensive. It was my mistake to trust you.
