★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não estou conseguindo falar com ninguém da clinica, já liguei varias vezes pelo telefone que aparece no site só chama ate cair a ligação e nada nem ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim....não ligam pra confirmar consulta, os dentistas costumam chegar muito atrasado e faltam muitas vezes sem avisar e o mais absurdo são os materiais utilizados estão bastante enferrujados fios amostras e os profissionais altamente desqualificados....fiz questão de comentar para que outras pessoas não tenham a mesma raiva que tive!
Too bad .... do not care to confirm consultation, dentists usually arrive very late and often missing without warning and the most absurd are the materials used are very rusty sample wires and highly disqualified professionals .... I made a point to comment so that other people do not have the same anger that I had!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saindo agora da clínica alfa após passar 1:30hs esperando atendimento, e vieram me dizer que eu não poderia ser atendido hoje, só no próximo sábado. No meu ver uma falta de compromisso com o cliente passar esse tempo todo esperando para no final das contas dar uma desculpa que não pode me atender, tivesse falado antes. Além disso espaço insuficiente para quantidade de clientes agendados, sinceramente decepcionado com essa clínica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegando no local fui informada que a dentista não atenderia naquele dia, meu nome estava escrito errado em uma folha de caderno junto com outros que estavam rabiscados como atendidos um dia antes. A recepcionista ainda queria me convencer que me ligou avisando. Tentei por 8 vezes ligar para confirmar a consulta antes de ir e sempre ocupado. Falta de respeito total.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento do odontologista Breno, procedimentos muito bem executado, muito atencioso e cuidadoso, o consultório também aparentemente bem higiênico. Estão de parabéns no quesito odontológico em si! Porém, o atendimento da recepção deixa a desejar, falta de atenção e organização ao marcarem as consultas, superlotação de pacientes agendados para o mesmo horário, gerando assim uma grande quantidade de pacientes esperando por atendimento em local tão pequeno!
