★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Luna é bastante medrosa, fica ansiosa e agitada diante a barulhos e lugares desconhecidos. O Alfa Pet é bastante sensível destinando um horário em que tenha menos movimento para atendê-la, respeitando suas individualidades, sem cobrar nada a mais por isso. Posso entrar com ela ou buscá-la no lugar do banho para deixá-la mais calma, isso me tranquiliza. O valor é acessível e sou bastante satisfeita com o atendimento e respeito que ela recebe nesse lugar. Possui estacionamento e é bem localizado na zona norte.
Luna is quite fearful, is anxious and agitated when faced with unknown noises and places. Alfa Pet is very sensitive, allocating a time when it has less movement to serve you, respecting your individualities, without charging anything more for it. I can go in with her or pick her up from the bath to calm her down, that reassures me. The value is affordable and I am very satisfied with the service and respect she receives in this place. It has parking and is well located in the north.
