Atendimento péssimo, só para terem uma ideia, adquirimos um relógio de ponto da RHJ e só conseguimos resolver o problema após 6 meses de compra do aparelho, porque contactamos o Fabricante, que passou a informação de várias empresas que passaram pelo mesmo problema e por isso estavam retirando a representação RHJ da Alfa Ponto. Muito cuidado com esta empresa, não recomendo.
Watch out for this company. Lousy service, just to get an idea, we bought a RHJ time clock and we were only able to solve the problem after 6 months of purchasing the device, because we contacted the Manufacturer, who passed on information from several companies that went through the same problem and that is why were withdrawing the RHJ representation from Alfa Ponto. Be very careful with this company, I do not recommend it.
