Reclamando e Falando com uma Tal de Adriana, esta da mil desculpas esfarrapadas sobre o atraso, e não é sincera sobre nada e diz que tem varios problemas. Atrasa todo o andamento da concretagens. Não aconselho a trabalhar com esta empresa.

Você compra o concreto com eles e chega um caminhão com o nome de outra(Hipermix). Sem contar que o serviço dessa empresa que contrataram não é confiável.
Chegaram com atraso de 3 horas, perguntei do lacre quando chegou e o motorista desconversou. Acabei esquecendo porque chegou o rapaz que ia passar o cartão. No final da concretagem, faltou cimento e perguntei do lacre que não vi, então o motorista disse que o lacre foi rompido pelo bombista, mas meu empreiteiro confirmou que não havia lacre algum.
A Alfamix não informou na compra que eu teria que ter um saco de cimento. Primeira vez em 5 lages que concretamos que tive que fornecer cimento. E forneci mesmo, porque para terminar minha concretagem tive que comprar mais cimento já que faltou.
PoNo fim, jogaram a culpa para meu empreiteiro, no calculo da obra, menos no caminhão sem lacre e disseram que iam enviar um técnico mas ele não estava e não poderia ir.
Me disseram que eu poderia ir até a pesagem que provariam o que comprei. Ainda que a tal pesagem seja integra, não tem um lacre não resolve nada.
Minha metragem estava correta, a minha lage dentro do padrão, mas quem pagou mais caro, foi eu.
Fora isso, a lage esta cheia de deformações que acumulam água da chuva formando poças.
Além disso, ratificando, essa empresa não tem consciência ambiental messsmo. Lavou o concreto na rua e deixou toda a bagunça de restos de pedra exposta em frente a minha obra.
Só transtornos.

This company does not have its own fleet. The driver and bomber himself reported this.
You buy the concrete with them and a truck with the name of another arrives (Hypermix). Not to mention that the service provided by the company they hired is unreliable.
They arrived with a delay of 3 hours, I asked about the seal when it arrived and the driver changed the conversation. I ended up forgetting why the boy who was going to pass the card arrived. At the end of the concreting, there was no cement and I asked about the seal that I didn't see, so the driver said that the seal was broken by the bomber, but my contractor confirmed that there was no seal at all.
Alfamix did not inform the purchase that I would have to have a cement bag. First time in 5 slabs that we concreted that I had to supply cement. And I really did, because to finish my concreting I had to buy more cement as it was lacking.
In the end, they blamed my contractor on the calculation of the work, except for the unsealed truck, and they said they were going to send a technician but he wasn't there and couldn't go.
They told me I could go to the weigh-in and they would prove what I bought. Even though such weighing is integral, it doesn't have a seal, it doesn't solve anything.
My footage was correct, my slab within the standard, but I was the one who paid the most.
Other than that, the slab is full of deformations that accumulate rainwater forming puddles.
Furthermore, to ratify, this company has no environmental conscience at all. I washed the concrete in the street and left the whole mess of stone debris exposed in front of my work.
Only inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!Não cumpriram o horário programado.O caminhão que transportava a bomba quebrou, e eles não tinham outro para substituir no momento.Tive que esperar o concerto dele, aí quando ele chegou, foi a vez do caminhão da betoneira, que atrasou 1hora.Caminhoēs, bombas, tudo velho.Nao cancelei, porque já tinha efetuado o pagamento quando o perito veio ver a laje, ou seja , errei ao pagar com antecedência.Senao , tinha cancelado.O serviço foi realizado dia 26/09/20, hoje é dia 01/10/20, e tive que ligar na empresa pois até agora não recebi a nota fiscal, sendo que me disseram que me entregariam a nota assim que o serviço fosse realizado.Fui informada que só imprimem nota, no final da semana.Escolhi essa empresa, pela nota de avaliação no Google, mas não tive uma boa experiência, por isso deixo aqui o meu registro.

I was informed that they only print a note at the end of I chose this company, due to the rating on Google, but I didn't have a good experience, so I leave my record here.

1° Informação: a ALFAMIX e HIPERMIX são empresas diferentes, porém do mesmo grupo.
2° Horário previsto para chegar: 13:00 horas – chegou com 4,5 horas de atraso (chegou a bomba e só depois o concreto).
3° Caminhão chegou derramando concreto
4° O primeiro jato de concreto estava duro, no cômodo onde começou deu vazamento por causa de possíveis buracos.
5° A bomba parou 4 vezes
6° Eu paguei pelo concreto e não quiseram colocar na altura marcada com medo de faltar, com isso sobrou concreto e tivemos que jogar na rua. (o metro não é nada barato)
7° Espalharam o concreto de qualquer jeito
8° O concreto é de péssima qualidade!
Resumindo... melhor pagar um pouco mais caro e pedir algo de qualidade pra não ter tanta dor de cabeça!
