★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tenho boa experiência a relatar. Confirmei pedido (122221 em 13/7/19) pagando à vista e até agora não recebi. Tento contato telefônico e ninguém atende. Por e-mail eventualmente me respondem quando insisto, mas, após dia 31/7, não obtive respostas. Relataram que houve problema no transporte e deram a opção de estorno que aceitei de imediato, porém estou aguardando desde então.
Hoje, 15/8, 04 dias após postar, percebo que não se importam com reclamações, pois ainda não se manifestaram nem resolveram.
Tenho que concordar que não há seriedade, profissionalismo nem honestidade nesta "empresa"!
 Unfortunately I have no good experience to report. I confirmed order (122221 on 7/13/19) paying cash and so far not received. I try phone contact and nobody answers. By email they eventually answer me when I insist, but after 7/31 I got no replies. Reported that there was a problem in transportation and gave the option of reversal that I accepted immediately, but I am waiting since.
Today, 15/8, 04 days after posting, I realize that they do not care about complaints, because they have not yet manifested or resolved.
I have to agree that there is no seriousness, professionalism or honesty in this "company"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há quase 1 ano aguardo reembolso do pedido que fiz. Alteraram o valor no site, em relação ao valor real que paguei, o que configura falta de caráter e respeito com o consumidor; porém tenho prints e e-mails que comprovam o valor que paguei e a diferença em relação ao que me foi entregue.
Todas as vezes que ligo a desculpa do Leonardo é a mesma: mudou gestão; é com financeiro; vou verificar... e nada... NÃO RECOMENDO!
I have been waiting for a refund for the order I placed for almost 1 year. They changed the value on the site, in relation to the real amount I paid, which is a lack of character and respect for the consumer; however I have prints and e-mails that prove the amount I paid and the difference in relation to what was delivered to me.
Every time I call Leonardo's excuse, it's the same: management has changed; it is with financial; I will check ... and nothing ... DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Um bando de mentirosos e pessoas mal intencionadas, fiz o depósito do valor da compra e somente depois informaram que não tinha o produto, pedi a devolução dos valores, prometeram para 24 horas, desde maio estão enrolando. Não comprem desta loja, sem integridade, sem comprometimento e principalmente sem vergonha. Não te respondem, não te atendem, desligam na tua cara...simplesmente ignoram o cliente

Pedi urgência no material, pois preciso no máximo até hoje para uma encomenda, mas até agora não recebi a mercadoria, vocês não atendem o telefone, em nenhum número divulgado, não retornam as mensagem no Whats, e-mail, facebook e agora estou tentando pelo Google, e já aviso que se a mercadoria não chegar hoje, dia 29/05/2019, eu irei perder o contrato com o meu cliente que esta a espera do respectivo material comprado de vocês, caso isto se confirme, aviso que irei recorrer meus direitos de consumidor ao PROCON e a justiça para responsabiliza-los judicialmente pelos fatos ocorridos e as perdas financeiras como consequência.

"Boa tarde sra. Deve verificar junto ao mercado livre, logo nosso cadastro junto a empresa, não recebeu nenhuma compra vinda de parte da sra, alerto que se teve algum problema, deve reclamar onde comprou, e não conforme verificado, aleatoriamente sem nenhum registro direto, logo a empresa é nova ALFANETI não mercado livre, nos perdoe."
Queridos, vou explicar uma coisa pra vocês, quando você ANUNCIA em uma plataforma como o Mercado Livre quem é responsável pelo envio, retorno para o cliente e pelos produtos ANUNCIADOS é quem ANUNCIA. A reclamação foi aberta e vocês não responderam a mensagem que é de responsabilidade de vocês. Não respondem Whatsapp, não atendem telefone e não respondem e-mail de SAC. Mas graças a plataforma de venda ser séria(que não é o caso de vossa empresa), eles irão intervir na minha compra(porque o ANUNCIANTE não se manifesta) e devolver o dinheiro dessa compra. Muito obrigada por nada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja, atendimento e pior de tudo é que não entregam o pedido nem devolvem o dinheiro. Complementando a resposta do proprietário. O pedido não foi entregue no prazo. Perdi meu cliente, e me ofereceram entrega do produto por motoboy 2 dias depois do prazo e pedi pra cancelar. Em seguida fiquei 3 dias tentando contato telefônico, via email e Whatsapp e só respondiam sem me dar esclarecimentos quando eu entrava em contato com outro número de telefone. Comércio não tem segredo amigo, é agradar quem compra de você. Desejo sucesso.
