Péssimo atendimento, precisava imprimir apenas 10 página de um trabalho, e disseram não poder atender pois a pessoa que faz orçamento só chega depois das 11h.
Como uma empresa quer atuar e ganhar dinheiro se pra passar um miserável orçamento depende de um funcionário que começa a trabalhar às 11h?
Nesse horário já trabalhei pra caramba!
Horrible!
Poor service, needed to print only 10 pages of a job, and said they could not answer because the person who makes budget only arrives after 11am.
How does a company want to operate and make money if it means spending a miserable budget on an employee who starts work at 11am?
At this time I worked a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim com 2 funcionarios sentados no computador e só a mim para atender. Demoraram 15 minutos pra plottar 2 desenhos A0 de poucas linhas. Fora de escala 5 mm menor. Caro. Não abrem de sabado e só de 2a a 6a das 8:30 as 18. Acho q pq não tem clientes por atenderem mau. Lamentável.
Bad service with 2 employees sitting at the computer and just me to answer. It took 15 minutes to plot 2 A0 drawings of a few lines. Out of scale 5 mm smaller. Expensive. They do not open on Saturday and only from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18 pm. I think there are no customers because they serve bad. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As máquinas são boas e o resultado é bom, porém Só vale a pena usar o serviços deles se o trabalho não for urgente. Se tiver urgência leve em outro lugar.
Não adianta vc mandar por email os arquivos, e ligar avisando pois chegando lá na hora marcada eles sempre dizem que o "email não chegou" . Sempre a mesma desculpa .
The machines are good and the result is good, but it is only worth using their services if the work is not urgent. If you have urgency take it elsewhere.
It is useless to send the files by email, and call to warn them because when they get there at the appointed time they always say that the "email has not arrived". Always the same excuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei imprimir duas folhas no começo do dia e fui atendida de boa. Pediram pra mandar o documento pro email deles e logo imprimiram pra mim. Já fui em lugares que cobravam além de tudo isso... De mandar o email pra eles e eles baixarem o arquivo. Então é minha primeira vez lá de possivelmente outras tantas. Recomendo o atendimento e serviço!
I had to print two sheets earlier in the day and was well attended. They asked to send the document to their email and then printed it for me. I've been to places that charged beyond all this ... To send the email to them and they download the file. So it's my first time there from possibly so many. Highly recommend the service and service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo, foram super atenciosos. Fechei uma impressão de livros com eles (180 unidades). Aprovei a prova gráfica do material (a segunda prova, pois a primeira ficou muito ruim, com erros de espaçamento e capa em resolução ruim) e tava tudo certinho. No dia em que busquei o material, estava 3 mm mais baixo e 2 mm mais largo. Comparado ao livro anterior, a diferença foi bem aparente. Quando liguei para reclamar, disseram que preferiam me reembolsar e que eu procurasse outra gráfica por conta do meu nível de exigência. Levei o material de volta, não moveram uma palha pra me ajudar a descarregar as caixas do carro, mal deram bom dia e foi isso. Isso foi em uma segunda. Disseram que fariam o reembolso até sexta. O reembolso não veio. Na quinta da semana seguinte, liguei e pedi uma posição, mas falaram que isso tinha que ser visto com a pessoa do financeiro/orçamento e que ela só voltava no dia seguinte. Eu disse que já tinha dado mais prazo que o necessário e que se atrasasse mais um dia, teríamos que resolver de outra forma. Aí acabaram depositando na base da ameaça. Do contrário, talvez tivessem demorado mais.
Pessoal da produção não tem muito cuidado para checar e conferir se os materiais estão corretos e são pouco receptivos. Apenas uma pessoa cuida dos orçamentos e chega só depois das 10h30, 11h e não costuma ser rápido pra responder.
At first, they were super attentive. I closed a book printing with them (180 units). I approved the graphic test of the material (the second test, because the first one was very bad, with spacing errors and bad resolution cover) and everything was fine. The day I looked for the material, it was 3 mm lower and 2 mm wider. Compared to the previous book, the difference was quite apparent. When I called to complain, they said they would prefer to reimburse me and that I look for another printer due to my level of demand. I took the material back, they didn't move a straw to help me unload the car's boxes, they barely said good morning and that was it. That was on a Monday. They said they would make the refund by Friday. The refund did not come. On the Thursday of the following week, I called and asked for a position, but they said that this had to be seen with the financial / budget person and that she would only come back the next day. I said that I had already given more time than necessary and that if I was delayed one more day, we would have to resolve it in another way. There they ended up depositing on the basis of the threat. Otherwise, they might have taken longer.
Production personnel are not very careful to check and verify that the materials are correct and are not very receptive. Only one person takes care of budgets and arrives only after 10:30 am, 11:00 am and is not usually quick to respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concluí vários jobs com eles, Alfaprint. Sempre atenciosos . Até impressões fora de padrão, ex: 100x50 cm, para tabuleito de jogo. Foi td resolvido e até recebi orientação técnica de qual papel usar (gramatura), para melhor resultado. Quero tmbm agradecer em especial aos colaboradores - Nanci Reis e Hugo.
I completed several jobs with them, Alfaprint. Always thoughtful. Even non-standard prints, eg 100x50 cm, for game board. It was all resolved and I even received technical guidance on which paper to use (weight), for the best result. I also want to especially thank the collaborators - Nanci Reis and Hugo.
