★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Eles têm todo 1 mês pra avisar a pessoa se houve alteração na data de recebimento, mas deixam pra fazer isso no dia do pagamento. Ou seja, vc gasta dinheiro e perde seu dia por nada. Continuam horrorosos desde quando entrei
 Terrible attendance! They have every 1 month to notify the person if there has been a change in the date of receipt, but they leave it to do so on the day of payment. In other words, you spend money and lose your day for nothing. They're still horrible since I joined

Dia 01/02/2021 eu e mais algumas pessoas fomos chamadas para um "processo seletivo"; ao chegarmos lá, nos deparamos com alguns funcionários insatisfeitos pelo fato da empresa estar a mais de 2 meses sem pagar o salário para quem trabalha em hospital. Marcaram comigo às 09:00 h e algumas pessoas foram marcadas para o horário de 08:00 h, por fim, 12:00 h fomos chamados para entrar, quase 3 horas em pé do lado de fora da empresa debaixo do sol e sem falarem nada sobre a vaga. Já desconfiados pela reputação da empresa mesmo antes de ir, pois pesquisamos e os relatos não eram nada bons, começamos a nos pergurtar se eles estavam chamando para trabalhar em hospital.
A vaga para a qual colocamos currículo dizia que seria para trabalhar no centro da cidade, ainda ficamos com esperança de que talvez seria um posto novo ou algo assim do tipo. Entrando num cubículo chamado de sala, fomos informados que a vaga era pra hospital (que o salário está atrasado) e era em Jacarepagua, muito diferente do que o anúncio dizia. Ficou bem claro que a empresa está desesperada para contratar novos vigilantes para suprir o efetivo que estava pedindo demissão dos hospitais, tanto que nem houve processo seletivo, já estavam pegando documento para fazer contratação sem ao menos ter uma entrevista. Para um bom entendedor, um pingo é letra né? Trabalhar para não receber salário. Pelo pouco que pude ver da empresa, ficou muito claro a desorganização, falta de respeito com os funcionários e candidatos e a desordem da própria base, que mais me parece um chiqueiro, tudo sujo e sem contar o banheiro de botequim que até papel de menstruação tinha no chão. Eu sei que o desemprego é desesperador, mas, mais desesperador é você trabalhar o mês todo e não receber o seu salário e ainda serem enganados ! Corram que é furada !
Bad company, do not recommend!
02/01/2021 I and some other people were called to a "selection process"; when we got there, we came across some employees dissatisfied with the fact that the company was over 2 months without paying the salary for those who work in the hospital. They set me up at 9:00 am and some people were scheduled for the 8:00 am time, finally, 12:00 pm we were called in, almost 3 hours standing outside the company under the sun and without saying anything about the vacancy. Already suspicious of the company's reputation even before going, as we researched and the reports were not good, we started to wonder if they were calling to work in a hospital.
The vacancy for which we put a resume said it would be to work in the city center, we are still hopeful that maybe it would be a new post or something like that. Entering a cubicle called a room, we were told that the vacancy was for the hospital (that the salary is overdue) and it was in Jacarepagua, very different from what the ad said. It was very clear that the company is desperate to hire new security guards to supply the staff that was resigning from the hospitals, so much so that there was not even a selection process, they were already getting a document to hire without even having an interview. For a good connoisseur, a drop is a letter, right? Work not to receive a salary. From the little I could see from the company, it was very clear the disorganization, lack of respect for employees and candidates and the disorder of the base itself, which seems to me to be a pigsty, all dirty and not to mention the tavern bathroom that even menstruation paper had on the floor. I know that unemployment is desperate, but even more desperate is for you to work all month and not get paid and still be cheated! Run that is bored!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais que empresa muquirana não aconselho a ninguém trabalhar nela, muita falta de respeito com o trabalho, não façam evento com essa empresa pessima, essa empresa não deveria nem existir, nesse evento do dia 12 e 13 de fevereiro não pagaram os vigilância como dito, empresa fundo de quintal
More than a cheap company, I don't advise anyone to work there, a lot of lack of respect for work, don't make an event with this terrible company, this company shouldn't even exist, in this event on February 12th and 13th they didn't pay the surveillance as said, backyard company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi muito ruim total desordem no evento da fm o dia um lanche 12:30 outro 2:40 da manhã 120.00 reais por 16 horas em pé sem descanso muita cobrança e até água agente tinha que se virar nuca mais trabalho pra essa empresa
