★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de um alfajor, após a primeira mordida senti um gosto horrível, quando olhei para o produto, o mesmo estava inteiro embolorado, entrei em contato com a empresa, mandei as fotos e comuniquei o ocorrido, ficaram de enviar um novo alfajor, e até hoje não recebi.
O fator principal não foi pelo valor pago, mas sim da falta de interesse da empresa em resolver a situação, não se preocupar com seus clientes e da falta de comprometimento. Não recomendo a ninguém!
I bought an alfajor, after the first bite I felt a terrible taste, when I looked at the product, it was completely moldy, I contacted the company, sent the photos and communicated what happened, they were sending a new alfajor, and I still haven't received it.
The main factor was not the amount paid, but rather the company's lack of interest in resolving the situation, not worrying about its customers and the lack of commitment. I don't recommend it to anyone!
