Pedimos o orçamento e disseram: " aaa isso vc pode preparar uns 2.000 a 3.000", insistimos no orçamento demorou muito e quando deram, veio mais de 4.500, autorizamos o conserto... começou outra novela... não respondiam quando perguntamos como estava, o prazo acabou e aí disseram que seria mais pra frente, aí depois ficou mais um pouco pra frente e quando o carro foi ser retirado surgiu a informação que tinham trocado uma peça a mais, encarecendo em mais 400 reais... sem sequer informarem nas diversas vezes que ligamos ou mandamos mensagem...
Quer passar raiva? Levarem todas as suas economias com gente que não se importa se está tirando sua paz dia após dia? Deixa seu carro lá.

Outro fator de destaque é o valor de manutenção e revisão que é mais baixo que outras oficinas e autorizadas. Falo isso com propriedade e alegria, pois sou cliente há mais de 13 anos e todos os carros que compro são revisados pela Alfatec e nunca fiquei na pista.
