Very good cat baths, Nélio guarantees himself. Reasonable price. Lousy reception service. They do not convey information properly and are inconspicuous. I went through a very unpleasant situation with them.

Sem falar no banho, tosa e hidratação na minha Chay...
Super recomendo....
Whenever I needed, I was very well attended, my Charlotte was very well attended, always attentive, accessories, medicines, consultation, everything I needed had the best!
Not to mention the bath, grooming and hydration in my Chay ...
I highly recommend ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local tem bons preços pra banho e a qualidade do serviço é ótima! Falando de petshop deixa um pouco a desejar em variedade de produtos. Eu achei interessante a clínica especializada em gatos que eles tem.
The place has good prices for bathing and the quality of service is great! Speaking of petshop leaves a little to be desired in variety of products. I found the clinic specializing in cats that they have interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudando minha avaliação nesse momento. Motivo: o que fazia desse pet ser um diferencial era a possibilidade de agendamento para tosa e banho. Dessa forma os pets não precisavam passar o DIA INTEIRO enjaulados e sob estresse, sem hidratação (os meus não bebem nem comem quando estressados) pra realizar um procedimento que podia durar 1 à 2h no máximo. Realmente uma pena! Perderam o cliente de anos.
