Não me repassaram a Ata da audiência
Estão me enrolando pra pagar,e quando ligo não sabem passar informações claras de quando vou receber.
No dia da audiência o advogado também tava todo perdido,nem sabia do que se tratava,e o pior, ainda colocaram informações erradas sobre o que eu alegava ter ocorrido.
Não sei mais o que faço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ganhei a causa em 2015 , o juiz determinou o deposito na conta do Advogado Dr.Oswaldo Filho, ligo e so falam que o nao receberam , nao tenho tempo de ir ate o local, ja mandei email deixei meus dados para entrarem em contato comigo, ate o momento nada. Agora olhando os comentarios de cada um , de vcs . Nao mdao uma justificativa , fui no foram na barra funda ver pessoalmente o meu processo fui informada que o nao caiu nada na conta do advogado , pediram para eu entrar em contato com o escritorio, e ate o momento nao atendem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nao indico tenho uma causa com eles falaram que eu tinha um dinhero pra receber e depois me falaram que o juiz nao acatou e que eu perdi o processo , no processo relata procedencia em parte acao e eles nao querem pagar vou dar queixa na aob pois me pediram pra assinar uma procuracao pro advogado retirar o dinheiro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abri um processo e perdi a ação. Na conversa antes de eu assinar o contrato, o advogado Oswaldo Alfredo Filho informou que ganharíamos R$ 15.000,00. Ficou acordado que seria pago mensalmente até o fim da ação de R$ 50,00 + 20% do total da ação. Fiz 20 depósitos (totalizando R$ 1.000,00). No dia da audiência, este advogado chegou 15 minutos atraso e por conta da minha insistência, pedi para a juíza aguardar mais um pouco senão me colocariam com um advogado do Estado. Quando ele chegou, na audiência foi um show de horrores! Não sabia o que estava falando, trocou o nome das empresas que estávamos processando e a juíza desconsiderou o dano moral por total falta de argumento deste advogado. Após a audiência, disse que poderíamos ir para a 2ª instância que poderíamos ter a chance de ganhar. Recusei. Perdi os mil reais e a ação porque o advogado foi totalmente antiprofissional. Infelizmente na época não quis denunciá-lo para a OAB. Alerto a todos que vão neste escritório porque tive um péssimo atendimento. Atualmente possuo outro advogado que é excelente, este não é profissional e me iludiu com um processo sem prova. Visa lucro e não foi honesto comigo. Não recomento e pensem 2x antes de solicitar o serviço desta advocacia.

Unfortunately at the time I did not want to report him to the OAB. Alerto to all who go in this office because I had a terrible service. I currently have another lawyer who is excellent, this is not professional and deceived me with a trial without proof. I am looking for a profit and have not been honest with myself. Do not recommend and think 2x before applying for this advocacy service.

Procurei a empresa ano passado em maio por processos trabalhistas e minha audiência foi marcada esse ano em junho, na audiência foi determinado um valor dividido em 3 X e a liberação do FGTS e seguro desemprego. Já se passaram quase 3 meses não recebi nada ainda, todos os dias ligo e ninguém resolve nada diz que renho que aguardar pois o dinheiro está depositado em juízo, mas ninguém tem previsão ao certo quando irei receber algum valor.
E ainda no dia da audiência o advogado de que foi me representar nunca tinha me visto e também não tive mas contato com eles, essa foi minha experiência com essa empresa espero ter ajudado outras pessoas a realizarem escolhas melhores do que essa que fiz.
I would like to leave my indignation about this company!
I approached the company last year in May for labor claims and my hearing was scheduled this year in June, at the hearing was determined a value divided into 3 X and the release of FGTS and unemployment insurance. Almost 3 months have passed I have not received anything yet, every day I call and nobody resolves anything says I have to wait because the money is deposited in court, but no one has a certainty when I will receive some value.
And even on the day of the hearing the attorney who came to represent me had never seen me and had no contact with them, this was my experience with this company I hope I helped other people to make better choices than the one I made.
