 The vet is a 10, too bad you have to wait a long time to be seen but when it's a professional the demand is great, it's worth it.

Sempre levei meu bichos lá . Tanto eu quanto minha irmã. Na tarde de hoje fui com a cachorra da minha vizinha que está com um tumor pra fora sangrando disse que era emergência ele continuou atendendo normalmente as pessoas que lá estavam. Sendo que uma das era somente vacina. Disse que era emergência que a cachorra estava sangrando ele olhou e entrou com o próximo paciente. Realmente lamentável. Fui obrigada a sair de lá e ir levar em outro lugar. Lá nunca mais eu piso.
I want to leave here my indignation with Dr Marcos.
I always took my pets there. Both me and my sister. This afternoon I went with my neighbor's dog who has a tumor bleeding out and said it was an emergency he continued to attend normally to the people who were there. One of them was just a vaccine. Said it was an emergency that the dog was bleeding he looked and went in with the next patient. Really pitiful. I was forced to leave there and take it somewhere else. I never step there again.

O meu gato não teve melhoras de nada .
Orrivel o tratamento do animal.
Sem fala que uma veterinária e muito mal educada

Meu esposo foi mal atendimento pelo Sr na recepção, não gostei do banho, não estava cheirosa e além disso cobraram um valor por desembolo sendo que ela nem estava com o pelo grande e muito menos nós. Além disso muito caro pelo trabalho que fazem.
I took my dog for the first time Saturday. My husband was poorly attended by you at the reception, I didn't like the bath, it didn't smell and in addition they charged a value for disbursement and she didn't even have her big hair, let alone us. Also very expensive for the work they do.

Dr. Marcos is an incredible human being, a wise and humanized professional who serves clients with care and respect. He always treated my dogs respectfully, even when our Jully left, he was welcoming and careful. .
