★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma pulseira para meu no shopping boa vista a vendedora esqueceu de colocar o produto na embalagem e quando liguei a resposta que tive foi que o cliente é responsável por não abrir a embalagem e verificar se o produto está dentro.
Nunca na minha vida ouvi um absurdo desse.
Então por favor pessoas que forem comprar na loja no shopping boa vista abra a embalagem para ter certeza que o produto está dentro.
I bought a bracelet for mine at the mall in Boa Vista, the seller forgot to put the product in the packaging and when I called the answer I had was that the customer is responsible for not opening the packaging and checking if the product is inside.
Never in my life have I heard such nonsense.
So please people who are going to buy at the store in the Boa Vista mall open the packaging to make sure the product is inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou extremamente insatisfeito com essa loja, comprei uma corrente na loja do shopping guararapes e desde o ato da compra que não fui bem atendido, achei ter sido um fato isolado mas ao retornar para solicitar uma limpeza na minha corrente novamente não fui bem atendido, aguardei minha vez para solicitar este serviço de limpeza e a atendente informou que eu aguardasse que não iria me atender naquele momento e eu obviamente vi que ela não me atendeu para atender outras pessoas e fazer venda. Se elas não querem atende esse tipo de serviço é só simplesmente não oferecer. Pela segunda vez não consegui limpar minha corrente. Péssima pós venda.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with this store, I bought a chain at the Guararapes mall store and since the time of purchase I was not well attended, I thought it was an isolated fact, but when I returned to request a cleaning of my chain again I was not well attended, I waited my turn to request this cleaning service and the attendant informed me to wait that she would not attend to me at that moment and I obviously saw that she did not attend me to attend other people and make sales. If they don't want to provide this type of service, they just don't offer it. For the second time I couldn't clean my chain. Bad after sale.
