★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um par de alianças de Prata com ouro e jato, com a promessa da loja de que nossa garantia seria permanente e que a qualquer momento poderíamos levá-las a loja pra reformá-las, apenas por esse motivo comprei desse modelo pq sei o quanto uma aliança o jato se desfaz e o ouro vai sumindo
Fizemos isso uma vez, e quando foi na segunda disseram que teria que ser cobrado 120 reais a mais pra reforma do fio de ouro, que está ate escuro. Me senti enganada pela loja que não cumpriu com o prometido, pois se sesoubéssemos disso nem teria pegado com fio de ouro e jato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o atendimento foi ótimo, a vendedora sempre prestativa, mas o par de alianças que encomendei deixou mto a desejar o par veio com péssimo acabamento parece q o artesão deslizou por cima do fosco tem um recorte nas duas alianças, sem contar na gravação que pedi a data o nome e um coração, o coração so veio em uma das alianças, achei péssimo acabamento isso pq demorou 7 dias pois a minha é numero especial... achei até estranho pq tinha chegado antes do prazo.... ja fiz em outras concorrentes e nunca tive problemas... não gostei do trabalho talvez pelo valor eu tive esse imprevisto... mas indiferente foi pago no ato em especie mas fica minha indignação por tal trabalho... creio se fosse de um alto valor talvez teriam mais zelo né
