★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ralo acima do nivel do piso do quintal, reclamei e eles disseram que faz um preço bom em arrumar o piso e nao o ralo errado, saida da agua da pia do banheiro para guia na rua e nao para o esgoto, tampa da caixa de gordura mal feita, vieram em casa para "consertar", mas quebraram a tampa nao consertaram e falaram que fazia um preço bom para arrumar aquilo que eles mesmo quebraram na minha frente pois estava errado, mudou o lugar do registro de agua sem um aviso previo e agora tenho que arrumar outro problema pois o registro esta abaixo do nivel do piso e com isso vai ficar um buraco no chao, aceitei o primeiro orçamento para ter um trabalho bom que no final vou ter que contratar outras pessoas para consertar.
Nao adianta responder que nao prestaram serviços para fica com boa imagem, pois prestaram sim, sou Denis do Dom pedro 1.
Depois de 4 meses da obra, eles nao entraram em contato para consertar os erros cometidos, o orçamento do conserto com outras pessoas ficou 50% do valor que paguei para eles fazerem, pensei que 2 engenheiro e 1 encanador saberia que ralo tem que ser nivel abaixo do nivel do piso, e saida de agua da pia de banheiro tinha que ir para agua pluvial e nao sair na rua a ceu aberto.

There is no point in answering that they did not provide services to look good, because they did, I am Denis do Dom Pedro 1.
After 4 months of work, they did not contact to fix the mistakes made, the repair budget with other people was 50% of the amount I paid them to do, I thought 2 engineer and 1 plumber would know that drain has to be level below the level of the floor, and water out of the bathroom sink had to go to rainwater and not out into the open sky.

Também achei muito interessante o fato de serem os primeiros do Vale do Paraíba a construirem casas em eps (isopor). Com certeza, quando construir uma nova casa os procurarei. Valeu pessoal!
I liked the professional way in which they treat the client; from the budget to the delivery of the work I always got feedback and constructive suggestions, including services that I hadn't even requested. I also found it very interesting that they were the first in the Paraíba Valley to build houses in eps (Styrofoam). For sure, when I build a new house I will look for them. Thanks guys!
