★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência possível! O local é um "Coworking/Hostel" onde hospedes se misturam com profissionais. Não é possível confiar nos preços acordados presencialmente. Sugiro formalizar toda negociação por e-mail. Na véspera da locação de sala privativa recebemos informação do Gerente Fernando de que não seria possível cumprir o acordado em nossa visita presencial, passando a exigir valores extras para concessão da sala. Local com péssima prática comercial.
Worst experience possible! The place is a "Coworking / Hostel" where guests mingle with professionals. It is not possible to rely on the prices agreed in person. I suggest formalizing every negotiation by email. On the eve of the private room rental, we received information from the Fernando Manager that it would not be possible to comply with what was agreed on our face-to-face visit, and now require extra values for the concession of the room. Location with bad business practice.
