Agendei uma consulta para 07/07 e no sábado (03/07) entraram em contato para remarcar, pois ela não estaria no consultório. Então, remarquei para 06/07 (terça-feira) às 13h30 e mandaram mensagem confirmando o agendamento comigo na segunda-feira, porém, hoje, terça-feira 10h da manhã informam que ela não poderá atender, pois é o seu horário de almoço e perguntam se eu poderia às 14h30.
Só no dia souberam o horário do almoço dela? O(a) paciente também tem compromissos e se programa previamente para poder ir em uma consulta.
I don't know if the bad service comes from the doctor or from her reception. I scheduled an appointment for 07/07 and on Saturday (07/03) they got in touch to reschedule, as she would not be in the office. So, I rescheduled for 7/06 (Tuesday) at 1:30 pm and they sent a message confirming the appointment with me on Monday, however, today, Tuesday 10 am they inform that she will not be able to attend, as it is their lunch hour and ask if I could at 2:30 pm.
Only on the day did you know her lunch time? The patient also has appointments and schedules in advance to be able to go to an appointment.
