Sai de lá super feliz por receber um plano que eu poderia cumprir... Totalmente diferente do que eu "imaginava". Se vc quer uma nutri para te orientar na saúde e se sentir bem comendo, recomendo demais!
Aline is wonderful! A very competent, attentive and dedicated nutritionist. I remember, until today, my first consultation, about 2 years ago. I left there very happy to receive a plan that I could fulfill ... Totally different from what I "imagined". If you want a nutri to guide you in your health and feel good about eating, I highly recommend it!
