★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quartos bem aconchegantes, o café da manhã é delicioso (servem de 7h as 10h da manhã) com cardápio variado. A internet wifi não é muito boa, o serviço de quarto é ok, quartos climatizados, com: TV, frigobar, guarda roupa, mesa de estudo, criado mudo. Os banheiros tem água quente e fria.
Very cozy rooms, the breakfast is delicious (served from 7 am to 10 am) with a varied menu. The wifi internet is not very good, the room service is ok, air-conditioned rooms, with: TV, minibar, wardrobe, study table, bedside table. Bathrooms have hot and cold water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura do hotel é boa, os quartos estão pintados com a reforma em dia. O ar condicionado do quarto não estava gelando direito, acho que precisa de uma manutenção ou trocar por uma central de ar. Acho que no quesito atendimento precisa melhorar muito, me senti muito desconfortável em irem no quarto pegar a diária, geralmente isso é pago na saída ou poderiam pelo menos esperar o hóspede terminar de se organizar (tomar um banho, se vestir), outra coisa que me deixou chocada foi o fato da dona chamar atenção dos funcionários na frente das pessoas, isso é muito feio, se aconteceu algo é só chamar no particular e falar.
The structure of the hotel is good, the rooms are freshly painted. The air conditioner in the room was not freezing well, I think it needs maintenance or change for a central air conditioner. I think that the service needs to improve a lot, I felt very uncomfortable going to the room to pick up the rate, usually this is paid on departure or they could at least wait for the guest to finish organizing (taking a shower, getting dressed), something else that What shocked me was the fact that the owner draws the employees' attention in front of people, this is very ugly, if something happened, just call in private and talk.

Staff the hotel and ball show. Exceptional breakfast, not to mention that the rooms are all very tidy, if you go out to solve something you come back the rooms are already very tidy and very cozy.. congratulations r eating a lot
