Depois de muito procurar um engenheiro que pudesse me ajudar corrigir minha planta, diante de dúvidas de como eu poderia resolver meu problema com meu imóvel . Dentre as que mantive contatos em um número de seis, ela foi a única que foi atrás para ver como poderia me ajudar. Devido as novas leis.
A conheci dentro de um cartório em Campinas para minha sorte.
Quem pensa que um engenheiro e aquele que só faz a planta, está enganado.
A falta de informações, conhecimento de leis,pós planta ,pós contrução pode nos trazer muitos prejuízos.
Tem muitas coisas por trás de uma Planta, pois é de onde nascerá todos seus impostos e precisamos conhecê-las para não ter surpresas ,
( Iptu, habits
isso,INSS $$$$$$ etc ). Um bom engenheiro pode te orientar e ajudar e para isto ele precisa ser uma pessoa especial. Que tenha algo mais do que apenas uma profissão.
