A atendente Emily foi bastante simpática e soube dar o espaço necessário para que eu e minha esposa pudéssemos comprar algo que correspondesse à nossa vontade. É certo que ela pode melhorar a atenção a alguns detalhes da política da empresa. Entretanto, o fato de o dono do estabelecimento estar presente, vestido como se em casa estivesse (chinelos, bermuda, camiseta, como se fosse um curioso passeando pela loja) e interferir (sem ser convidado) na venda em curso apenas atrapalha as funcionários de realizarem seu trabalho. O responsável, inclusive, ao ser comunicado sobre não expor funcionários diante do cliente, tentou argumentar e ainda insinuou que as funcionárias "não sabem de muita coisa". Por isso estou sendo mais duro nesta avaliação.
Ora, o controle da administração da empresa precisa ser feito seja a priori, seja a posteriori, nos bastidores, não na presença do cliente. O cliente não precisa e não quer saber se a funcionária A ou B falhou nesse ou naquele procedimento interno. O cliente deseja saber essencialmente sobre os 4 pês: produto, preço, prazo e pagamento.
Em suma, pretendo voltar à loja e comprar mais, pois ela tem bons preços e produtos variados. Voltarei, porém, no horário em que o dono NÃO estiver presente.

 The assessment depends on the point of view. The attendant Emily was very friendly and knew how to give the necessary space so that my wife and I could buy something that corresponded to our wishes. It is certain that it can improve attention to some details of company policy. However, the fact that the owner of the establishment is present, dressed as if he were at home (slippers, shorts, T-shirt, as if he were a curious person walking around the store) and interfering (without being invited) in the ongoing sale only disturbs the employees of do their job. The responsible person, even, when communicated about not exposing employees to the client, tried to argue and even hinted that the employees "don't know much". So I am being tougher in this assessment.
Now, the control of the company's management needs to be done either a priori or a posteriori, behind the scenes, not in the presence of the client. The customer does not need and does not want to know whether employee A or B has failed in this or that internal procedure. The customer essentially wants to know about the 4 feet: product, price, term and payment.
In short, I intend to go back to the store and buy more, as it has good prices and varied products. I will return, however, at the time the owner is NOT present.
