Perfect service, from my first contact with the store, to schedule the visit, until the closing of the contract, which was on the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um vestido em dezembro/2019. Tive que desmarcar meu casamento devido à Pandemia, em março/2020. Além de me cobrarem uma multa abusiva (40%), não pararam de cobrar as parcelas no cartão e nem me devolveram meu dinheiro. Um descaso. Se pudesse, não daria 1 estrela sequer.
I rented a dress in December / 2019. I had to cancel my marriage due to the Pandemic, in March / 2020. In addition to charging me an abusive fine (40%), they did not stop charging the installments on the card and did not return my money to me. A neglect. If I could, I wouldn't give a single star.

Já perguntaram logo com muita pressa qual era o modelo que queria, onde seria, quando, nem tiveram muita paciência pra esperar procurar a foto do modelo. Parecia que queriam dispensar logo. Já disseram que não tinham nada parecido com o modelo, que poderiam fazer, mas não chamaram nem pra entrar pra fazer um orçamento. Realmente não gostei e não entendi o pq desse tratamento, porque foi indicação de uma pessoa e ela falou que foi muito bem atendida. E eu já tinha visto o Instagram e sabia que haviam modelos parecidos. Mas como vi a má vontade no atendimento nem insisti. O atendimento na loja do lado esquerdo foi muito melhor, mesmo não tendo o modelo chamaram pra entrar, mostraram alguns modelos, passou orçamento e ainda falaram de lugares onde poderia encontrar o modelo. Não sou eu que vou casar, é a minha cunhada, mas me senti mal por ela.
I didn't like the approach at reception. They've already asked in a hurry which model they wanted, where it would be, when, they didn't even have much patience to wait to look for the model's photo. It looked like they wanted to get rid of it soon. They've already said that they didn't have anything like the model, that they could do it, but they didn't even call me in to make a budget. I really didn't like it and I didn't understand the reason for this treatment, because it was an indication of a person and she said that she was very well attended. And I had already seen Instagram and I knew there were similar models. But as I saw the unwillingness in the service, I didn't insist. The service at the store on the left side was much better, even though they didn't have the model, they called to come in, showed some models, gave a budget and even talked about places where they could find the model. I'm not the one getting married, it's my sister-in-law, but I felt bad for her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei meu vestido de noiva e fiquei muito satisfeita com o atendimento todas as vezes que fui e inclusive fizeram um cinto para o vestido conforme solicitei e o véu também. O único porém, é não atenderem com costureira aos sábados, pois atrapalha para quem trabalha. Enfim, fiquei bem feliz com meu vestido. Recomendo.
I rented my wedding dress and I was very satisfied with the service every time I went and they even made a belt for the dress as I requested and the veil too. The only thing, however, is that they don't work with a seamstress on Saturdays, as it gets in the way for those who work. Anyway, I was very happy with my dress. I recommend.
