★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi bom, mas hoje em dia é horrível. Cai o tempo todo, o atendimento diz que vai resolver em até dois dias e demora semanas. As visitas técnicas também raramente resolvem o problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a internet fibra ótica, e a internet cai muito, pelo menos a cada 3 dias ela fica fora do ar, quando vc pede algum serviço o técnico demora 2 DIAS para atendê-lo, e mesmo assim, atende na maior má vontade. Horrível, não tenho nada oq elogiar, EU NÃO RECOMENDO !!
I hired fiber optic internet, and the internet drops a lot, at least every 3 days it is down, when you ask for a service, the technician takes 2 DAYS to serve you, and even so, he is most grudgingly assisting. Horrible, I have nothing to praise, I DON'T RECOMMEND !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior internet que já usei na minha vida, até para efetuar o pagamento eu tenho problema. O telefone nunca quase ngm atende , muito lenta e aos finais de semana esta sempre fora do ar.
Worst internet I've ever used in my life, even to make the payment I have a problem. The phone is almost never answered, very slow and on weekends it is always down.
