★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Xiaomi Poco m3 dia 13/07 , no dia 18/10 o mesmo apresentou defeito , levei em 3 lugares diferentes para consertar ( já que a tal garantia de 3 meses já havia acabado) e os 3 técnicos disseram que era problema no lote dos aparelhos( pois o aparelho desligava e não queria ligar mais, só o conserto custava R$ 500,00) como é que eu compro um aparelho no valor de R$ 1140,00 e só o conserto custa R$ 500,00 , não existe isso.....a empresa deveria obrigatoriamente rocar mesmo que a garantia tenha acabado , até pq nós clientes não temos nada haver se o aparelho veio com o lote com defeito, deveriam trocar , entrei em contato , não houve acordo, estou tomando as medidas cabíveis , Xiaomi é até um aparelho bom bateria boa e tals, mais "NÃO INDICO A NINGUÉM" Esse aparelho é uma furada, não comprem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, me cobraram um valor enorme em um pendrive de 64gb que veio defeituoso, não me deram a nota fiscal e não querem devolver o valor ou trocar o produto com a justificativa que se passaram 2 dias.
I don't recommend it, they charged me a huge amount on a 64gb flash drive that came defective, they didn't give me the invoice and they don't want to return the value or exchange the product with the justification that 2 days have passed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima comprei um Iphone, eles não queriam me dar a garantia de 90 dias e sim de 30 dias. Depois de muita insistência minha eles supostamente me deram os 90 dias. Mas não me deram o cupom fiscal nem nota do aparelho apesar de muita insistência, e ao falar com um tal de Allan supostamente o dono o mesmo me mandou tomar no Cool por duas vezes por telefone até porque demostrou não ser homem para falar cara a cara. Uma falta de respeito absurda e isso aconteceu com a loja cheia de gente e algumas pessoas se disporam a ser minha testemunha quando eu for dá queixa, que vai ser feita logo.
