★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Combinamos de que eu comprasse um carro deles, estava tudo fechado já, acertei todos detalhes e comprei ate a passagem para ir , pois sou de outra cidade! Infelizmente não cumpriram com a palavra e venderam o carro para outro que foi lá após o horário de funcionamentos da loja! Fiquei muito triste porque a empresa de ônibus não está querendo fazer o estorno do valor da passagem!
Deveriam cumprir com o combinado
We agreed that I buy a car from them, everything was closed now, I got all the details right and even bought the ticket to go, because I'm from another city! Unfortunately, they didn't keep their word and sold the car to another one that went there after the store's opening hours! I was very sad because the bus company is not willing to reverse the value of the ticket!
They should comply with the agreement
