★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço deles é ótimo , o Alex foi muito atencioso com o meu pedido e eu agradeço , mas eu não sei o que acontece com essas gráficas de Nilópolis, o povo parece esquecer que ser ágil no atendimento te faz atender mais clientes e por consequência vender mais serviços e produtos, a impressão que tenho é que ao entrar numa gráfica aqui no município os funcionários acham que estamos pedindo-les um favor !! Precisa melhorar no quesito atendimento ao público com urgência ,os outros funcionários estavam ignorando os clientes que chegaram depois de min , corpo mole e indiferença com o cliente são sinônimo de falência HEIM !
Their service is great, Alex was very attentive to my order and I appreciate it, but I do not know what happens with these printers Nilópolis, people seem to forget that being responsive in service makes you serve more customers and therefore sell more services and products, the impression I have is that when entering a print shop here in the municipality employees think we are asking them a favor !! Need to improve on customer service urgently, the other employees were ignoring customers who arrived after min, soft body and customer indifference are synonymous with bankruptcy HEIM!
