Fiz uma compra com Gilmar dono empresa All Cook comprei um,buffet devido á pandemia troquei o buffet por uma fritadeira paguei o valor de seis mil reais, pois o mesmo me enrolou um ano e três, messes que o mesmo o Gilmar ..tentei diversas vezes fala com ele para entregar a mercadoria e nada um descaso sem tamanho com o cliente não sei como ele ainda esta no mercado só queria meu produto , o meu dinheiro de volta já que ele não entrega meu produto só faz promessas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um buffet para ser entregue pro Natal de 2019,recebi depois de muita luta, discussões,desgaste,pagando o frete pela segunda vez, pois pagamos junto ao valor do buffet,e o final ainda não é feliz,por que até hoje não terminou a instalação dos motores frios,antes era toda a semana vou entregar seu buffet,agora toda semana uma desculpa pra não entregar os motores resumindo estou com o buffet no meio do meu salão sem poder usar,não sei o que seria pior,pra vender muito bem,pós venda um terror,não índico só desgaste,não tem um bom acabamento entre outros simplesmente digo não comprem.

Péssima experiência com essa empresa, compramos um buffet, a quase 2 anos, isso mesmo, quase 2 anos e estão enrolando todo esse tempo pra nós entregar.
Não recomendo q ninguém compre nada nessa empresa, péssimo atendimento pós venda, péssimo, já entrei com todas as medidas possíveis pra tentar reembolso por meios jurídicos, pois não temos nenhum retorno positivo da empresa......

I do not recommend that anyone buys anything from this company, terrible after-sales service, terrible, I have already filed all possible measures to try for a refund by legal means, as we have no positive return from the company......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NAO COMPREM NADA COM ESSA EMPRESA. Eles não entregam, ficam enrolando, todo dia é uma conversa diferente e nunca entregam. Até Boletim de Ocorrência foi feito e processo está sendo ajuizado, porque eles não entregam, enrolam e ainda gritam com a gente no telefone. Se você falar que viu uma reclamação, ele fala que o Cliente que reclamou é louco, que o produto está pronto e não entrega por culpa do Cliente. Tenho provas de tudo.
Ps.: Depois de muito transtorno, entregou o produto. Informo para não ser leviana, mas ainda não recomendo a empresa.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. They don't deliver, they keep stalling, every day is a different conversation and they never deliver. Even the police report was made and the process is being filed, because they don't deliver, they roll up and even yell at us on the phone. If you say you saw a complaint, it says that the Customer who complained is crazy, that the product is ready and not delivered because of the Customer's fault. I have proof of everything.
Ps.: After much inconvenience, he delivered the product. I advise not to be frivolous, but I still don't recommend the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ revoltante. sr Gilmar dias. proprietário desta empresa se passa como um representante e dono, engana as pessoas com boa índole e sai vendendo produtos pega o dinheiro e cai fora, fui vitima desse homem, faz 5 meses que a cada dia só promessas de entrega dos equipamentos, sempre com desculpas esfarrapadas, ele usa o nome de TEMPO MEDICAL EQUIPAMENTOS INOXIDAVEIS . lamentável. tomem cuidado um verdadeiro estelionatário, não desejo a ninguém passar por uma situação dessas, revoltante.
