★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um colar na Loja do Santo Agostinho na sexta-feira 17/01/2020, no sabado fui entregar o presente, ele arrebentou, ao colocar com todo cuidado, levei a loja na segunda e tive um péssimo atendimento, inclusive pela gerente, tive a informação que não teria conserto e nem a troca, com muito custo, fizeram uma gambiarra e emedaram o colar. Nunca mais entro nessa loja! Péssimo produto e péssimo atendimento.
I bought a necklace at Loja do Santo Agostinho on Friday 17/01/2020, on Saturday I went to deliver the gift, it broke, when I put it carefully, I took the store on Monday and had a terrible service, including by the manager, I had the information that would not be fixed and the exchange, at a great cost, made a joke and sealed the necklace. I'll never go to that store again! Lousy product and lousy service.

A gerente sempre com uma cara mais ou menos para mim. Até que esses dias fui comprar como costume uma moçinha de cabelo grande cacheado que colocaram la me tratou de uma forma bem desdenhosa .
Could be better actually. Some 925 jewelry that I bought gave me an allergy, I returned everything..Ok.. And yet I continued buying the only one that works for me, which are the stainless steel pieces. The manager always looks more or less like me. Until these days I went to buy as usual a girl with big curly hair that they put there and treated me in a very disdainful way.
