Depois de insistir muito consegui falar com a pessoa identificada como Nilda que ignorou meu aviso e pediu para ligar no telefone que já estava com dificuldade. Ela desligou o telefone em segundos sem ouvir minha resposta nas 2 únicas vezes em que consegui falar. Experiência muito ruim mesmo.
Terrible service. The 3 telephones on the site do not complete the call. After insisting a lot, I managed to talk to the person identified as Nilda who ignored my warning and asked to call the phone, which was already having difficulty. She hung up the phone in seconds without hearing my answer the only 2 times I was able to speak. Really bad experience.
