Estou aguardando a minha instalação a aproximadamente 90 dias, fiz meu financiamento em Dezembro de 2021, não me passam uma posição de como anda o processo de instalação, falo com o relacionamento pós venda e respondem quando quer, já vou pagar no próximo mês o financiamento e nada de instalação.

Não sabemos nada da previsão de instalação. E TODOS os comentários que li no reclame aqui são péssimos. REVOLTANTE O DESCASO! A FALTA DE COMPROMISSO E RESPEITO AO CONSUMIDOR.
So far my experience with this company has been TERRIBLE! I signed the contract in January and they promised to pay 2 installments of the financing and nothing!!! We don't know anything about the installation forecast. And ALL the comments I read in the advertisement here are terrible. REVOLTING THE NEGLIGENCE! THE LACK OF COMMITMENT AND RESPECT TO THE CONSUMER.
