★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja foi uma boa seguradora . Pelo visto ja nao e mais . Acionei um guincho as 9hs ( o que ja nao foi simples. Pois link enviado nao funciona ) previsao era de 60 minutos . Aos 60 minutos recebi uma nova previsao de 120 minutos
Ou seja que mais de 3 horas de espera
Pelo preço que cobram !!!!!! É o fim da picada
 It used to be a good insurance company. Apparently it isn't anymore. I triggered a tow truck at 9 am (which was not simple. Because the link sent doesn't work) the forecast was 60 minutes. At 60 minutes I got a new 120 minute prediction
That is, more than 3 hours of waiting
For the price they charge!!!!!! It is the final straw

Descaso total com o consumidor.
Há 3 meses que venho tentando cobrança do seguro automóvel em débito automático e a empresa não faz absolutamente nada!
Imagine se fosse um sinistro???
Muito decepcionada com a empresa que não se propõe a resolver o caso.

Total disregard for the consumer.
I've been trying to charge auto insurance for 3 months now and the company does absolutely nothing!

Sou d Recife , solicitei um guincho as 19:07 , pois , meu carro está vazando água d radiador, até as 22:00 o guincho n havia chegado , a empresa depois informou q n estavam conseguindo prestadores , q poderia pagar q eles reembolsam. Simples, essa foi a solução q me propuseram . Descaso e ninguém toma providências.
Poor company, I only see complaints on social networks and do not take action. I am a recife, I requested a winch at 19:07, because, my car is leaking water radiator, until 10:00 pm the winch had not arrived, the company then reported that they were not able to pay that they reimbursion. Simple, that was the solution that they proposed to me. Disregard and no one makes arrangements.
