Recomendo esse local pelo bom atendimento e trato com o cliente, preço condizente com serviço prestado e ótima qualidade, não irá se arrepender, e após se satisfazer recomendo que contribua com o Maps afim de dá suporte a outras pessoas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,!!! Não indico essa seguradora! Não tem o menor zelo e o menor cuidado com o cliente! Sofri acidente dia 24/02 e até dia 07/03 ainda não obtive resposta do carro reserva! E ainda fui convidada pela tendente patrícia a desligar o telefone, pois quanto mais eu ficasse "ocupando" ela mais demoraria pra ela resolver.
Terrible attendance,!!! I do not indicate this insurer! Do not have the slightest zeal and care for the customer! I suffered an accident on 24/02 and until 03/07 I still got no response from the spare car! And I was even invited by the patrician tendency to hang up the phone, because the more I was "occupying" it would take longer for her to resolve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca havia acionado meu seguro,hoje, em uma ida a Olinda meu carro apresentou problema, fazendo-me contactar meu corretor, onde o mesmo de imediato faliu sob o reboque ( reboque goiana), e um serviço de taxi pata trazer-me em casa, isso aconteceu às 12:45pm, onde o reboque chegou as 16:00pm, e o taxi oferecido não funcionou, fazendo-me retornar a JP em um reboque sem cinto de segurança e sem conforto algum. Conclusão a seguradora deveria ver os tercerizados por ela contratados. Decepcionado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, precisei do guincho e só consegui fui atendida no dia seguinte porque depois de 3 horas de atraso, não podia perder o resto do dia de trabalho e antes da desistência já tinha sido informada que o ainda iriam demorar mais um pouco, sem condições isto, fiquei muito chateada atendimento telefônico péssimo, não me se resolve, vários contatos você mantém pra resolver uma urgência tem que se ligar vários números, sem contar que vai até agora não recebi apólice do seguro que fiz, tive que pesquisar o número telefônico do seguro no Google o que por sinal não está atualizado vc liga ele te dá um novo número, estou detestando não aconselho, fiquei muito irritada qdo precisei do atendimento do guincho.
