★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o primeiro contato até a instalação do meu Home Theater a empresa foi sensacional, tive dúvidas de qual Receiver adquiri e o Técnico prontamente me ajudou sem ter a certeza de que iríamos fechar o serviço, obviamente isso pesou muito no momento da decisão de qual empresa optar por abrir as portas de casa.
Além disso, o preço muito justo com uma qualidade excepcional, quando eu pensar em instalar outro som ou modificar meu setup não há chances de pensar em qualquer outra empresa.
Parabéns a equipe da Alltech.
Em tempo, lidaram muito bem com os emprevistos no dia da instalação, desde repassar a fiação que eu mesmo havia feito (erroneamente) até a modificar o Rack da sala para que coubesse o Receiver!
From the first contact to the installation of my Home Theater the company was sensational, I had doubts about which Receiver I bought and the Technician promptly helped me without being sure that we would close the service, obviously this weighed a lot when deciding which company choose to open the doors of the house.
Also, the very fair price with exceptional quality, when I think about installing another sound or modifying my setup there is no chance of thinking about any other company.
Congratulations to the Alltech team.
In time, they dealt very well with the challenges on the day of installation, from going through the wiring I had done myself (mistakenly) to modifying the room's Rack to fit the Receiver!
