Não cumprem nem o básico que é o contrato, lançam cobranças indevidas, aparentemente beneficiando uma empresa cujo “”laudo de vistoria” quem assina também é um Almeida. e fazem ameaças caso conteste. Além de não dar nenhum apoio quanto a danos estruturais do imóvel que porem vir a ameaçar a integridade física dos moradores, não chegam nem a repassar as queixas aos proprietários. Depois de assinado o contrato tiram o corpo fora e te deixam desassistido.

Casa maquiada, cheia de irregularidades, que não são perceptíveis até começar a morar nela. Infiltração, fiação porca, mal contato das tomadas, documentação irregular...
Em resposta ao proprietário, não sou fake, a casa em questão, é da Rua Nossa Senhora de Fátima, bairro Vila Antártica.
Após alugar, fui descobrir que a construção nem consta na documentação municipal.
Na hora de fazer a vistoria fazem parceria com a família pra poder cobrar valores absurdos pra serviços simples pra poderem superfaturar mais.
Queria mais detalhes, tá aí.
