Vim de MG para carregar junto com meu pai, estava chovendo, e nós estávamos na fila para carregar, eu estava extremamente apertada para ir no banheiro, e a empresa não conseguiu disponibilizar um banheiro para que eu pudesse usar, sendo que estava chovendo, a gente esperando há um bom tempo para carregar, é um absurdo a empresa não nos deixar usar o banheiro... Estou saindo daqui agora extremamente horrorizada com a postura da empresa em relação aos clientes. Lamentável
I've never had a problem with the material, but human awareness is lacking. I came from MG to carry with my father, it was raining, and we were in line to carry it, I was extremely tight to go to the bathroom, and the company was unable to provide a bathroom for me to use, as it was raining, the people waiting a long time to load, it's absurd that the company doesn't let us use the bathroom... I'm leaving here now extremely horrified by the company's attitude towards customers. Unfortunate
