★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei uma TOTAL FALTA DE COMPROMISSO no dia do passeio pro litoral oeste marcaram 9h, só apareceram pra buscar a mim e meus amigos na pousada às 10h e ainda por cima NÃO TINHA CARRO PRA GENTE, todos os carros estavam lotados, sendo que o passeio foi confirmado no dia anterior e eles sabiam a quantidade de pessoas. Total IRRESPONSABILIDADE também na volta de Jeri para Jijoca quando mandaram um carro que NÃO COMPORTAVA A QUANTIDADE DE PESSOAS, obrigando uma de nossas amigas a andar no colo de outra durante uma viagem de mais ou menos 1h. O que além de desconfortável é um desrespeito com quem pagou pra ir.
I found a TOTAL LACK OF COMMITMENT on the day of the tour to the west coast they booked 9am, they only showed up to pick me up and my friends at the inn at 10am and on top of that there was NO CAR FOR PEOPLE, all the cars were full, and the tour was confirmed the day before and they knew the amount of people. Total IRRESPONSIBILITY also on the return from Jeri to Jijoca when they sent a car that DOES NOT BEHAVE THE QUANTITY OF PEOPLE, forcing one of our friends to walk on the lap of another during a trip of about 1h. What is not only uncomfortable is disrespect for those who paid to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui p uma viagem a Jeri e infelizmente não foi uma boa experiência. Jeri é Jeri e ir até lá sempre é maravilhoso, mas em relação a Agência de Turismo deixou muito a desejar. O quarto da pousada q fiquei era péssimo, bem estilo motel de beira de estrada a empresa tb pecou só serviço de guia, no segundo dia uma parte das pessoas pagou um passeio com eles p o Lado Oeste e tivemos problemas com o transporte e não tinha nenhum guia p ajudar na situação e ao retornar o ônibus não tinha nem papel higiênico no banheiro, além de não orientar em nds sobre locais legais p comer, se divertir e etc. Para mim eles podem se intitular como empresa de translado e não como agência de turismo.
I went on a trip to Jeri and unfortunately it was not a good experience. Jeri is Jeri and going there is always wonderful, but the Tourism Agency left a lot to be desired. The room at the inn I stayed in was terrible, very roadside motel style, the company also had only a guide service, on the second day some of the people paid for a ride with them to the West Side and we had problems with transport and there was none guide to help with the situation and when the bus returned, there was not even toilet paper in the bathroom, in addition to not giving advice on good places to eat, have fun and so on. For me they can call themselves a transfer company and not a tourist agency.
