★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos comprar carrinho, fomos muito bem atendidos pela Nataly, que teve paciência e nos explicar tudo, falar sobre as funções, tirar nossas dúvidas. Achamos que a loja tem um preço justo (compatível ou menor que o mercado), bastante variedade, marcas boas e bastante comodidades como espaço do café, banheiros limpos, bancos, ambiente bem climatizado, estacionamento e suporte na montagem dos produtos, com um caixa rápido e sem burocracia! Muito bom!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessa loja você encontra tudo para o seu bebê. Tem de tudo mesmo desde roupinhas, carrinho, berço, andador, mamadeiras, lençol, naninha, brinquedos, enfim enxoval completo. A loja é ampla, tem estacionamento, o atendimento foi muito bom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOTA ZERO. Infelizmente, minha experiência foi péssima! Fiz a compra de um produto musical para presentear um bebê e quando abrimos, tinha pilha oxidada dentro. Tentamos colocar pilhas novas, mas não funcionou. Voltei à loja e pedi a restituição do valor e, para minha surpresa, a Sra. Márcia informou que a loja não faz devolução do dinheiro, em hipótese nenhuma e a única forma de "não perder" o dinheiro, seria trocar por algum item da loja. É uma pena uma loja desse porte não prezar pelo atendimento ao consumidor.
ZERO GRADE. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible! I bought a musical product as a gift for a baby and when we opened it, it had an oxidized battery inside. We tried to put in fresh batteries, but it didn't work. I went back to the store and asked for the refund of the amount and, to my surprise, Ms. Márcia informed that the store does not refund the money under any circumstances and the only way to "not lose" the money would be to exchange it for some item from the store. It's a shame for a store of this size not to value customer service.
