Quando pude ir na loja, solicitei a possível troca e a atendente foi grossa e me disse que não ia trocar porque já tinha passado 30 dias da compra. Expliquei que ganhei no meio da pandemia e por ter um bbzinho não tinha como ir trocar, mas a moça me olhou com cara de bund4 não falou nada, me entregou a peça e apontou a porta, entendi o recado, peguei a sacola e saí.
I got a outfit for my daughter from this store, but the person didn't tell me that they had a deadline of 30 days after purchase to exchange it and as we were in the middle of the pandemic, I had no way to exchange it. When I was able to go to the store, I asked for a possible exchange and the attendant was rude and told me that she wasn't going to exchange it because 30 days had passed since the purchase. I explained that I won in the middle of the pandemic and because I had a little baby, I had no way to change it, but the girl looked at me with a bund face, she didn't say anything, handed me the piece and pointed to the door, I understood the message, took the bag and left.
