Entrei na loja 10 minutos antes de fechar, primeira visão que tive foi de um grupinho de funcionários aglomerados e batendo papo, uma moça chamada Bárbara que nos viu entrando já olhou pro relógio e foi na nossa direção falar que faltava 8 minutos pra loja fechar e que não poderíamos ficar depois que a loja fechasse e nem passar no caixa. Super grossa. Não teve o cuidado nem de ser gentil. No caixa fui perguntar se não poderia ficar um pouco a mais do horário pra escolher o produto que queria e novamente a atendente do caixa também foi grossa e ríspida disse NÃO! Perderam uma venda de dois mil reais pq não podem ficar 15 minutinhos depois do horário, e o pior perderam uma cliente devido ao péssimo atendimento. Pois nunca mais piso naquele lugar!

I entered the store 10 minutes before closing, the first sight I had was of a group of employees crowded and chatting, a girl named Barbara who saw us coming in already looked at the clock and went towards us to say that the store was 8 minutes away and that we couldn’t stay after the store closed or check in. Super thick. He was not even careful to be kind. At the checkout I went to ask if I could not stay a little longer to choose the product I wanted and again the cashier was also thick and harsh said NO! They lost a sale of two thousand reais because they cannot stay 15 minutes after hours, and the worst lost a customer due to the terrible service. I will never step on that place again!
