★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local de péssimo atendimento e propaganda enganosa. A atendente da recepção possui um mau humor ridículo e age como se estivesse fazendo um grande favor aos clientes, além de não entregar exatamente o que é pedido e exposto no cardápio. NÃO RECOMENDO!
 Place of poor service and misleading advertisement. The front desk clerk has a ridiculous bad mood and acts as if she's doing a great favor to customers, as well as not delivering exactly what's requested and displayed on the menu. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da senhora do caixa é dos piores possíveis. Ela acha que faz um favor ao lhe atender, pois vai buscar o produto fazendo cara feia, como se não estivesse gostando de estar ali e essa não é a primeira vez que ela foi rude ao atender. Particularmente eu não volto mais!!!

Péssimo atendimento, atendente do caixa com um humor horrível, sem a mínima vontade de estar ali, atende como se estivesse fazendo um favor fazendo cara feia e tratando os clientes de forma super mal educada, além do mais não sabe explicar nada que se pergunta sobre as opções do cardápio.
Would not recommend this place !!! Poor care, cashier with a horrible humor, without the slightest desire to be there, attends as if doing a favor by making ugly face and treating customers in a super rude manner, and also can not explain anything that is asked about the menu options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitava o local com frequência, mais depois de encontrar cabelo no meu pastel cortei o vínculo, o ambiente pode até ser agradável mais se não tem uma boa higiene na preparação dos alimentos, põe tudo a perder. Outro dia vindo da faculdade fui comprar um pastel para consumir no local mesmo, me deparei com um cabelo entrelaçado ao queijo, chamei o responsável e mostrei, sem contar que já tinha acontecido outra vez e me pediram desculpas e resolvi voltar ao local. Mas desta vez não apreço mais NUNCA e ainda me cobraram o suco que nem tomei.
I visited the place frequently, but after finding hair in my pastel I cut the bond, the environment can even be pleasant, but if you don't have good hygiene in food preparation, you lose everything. Another day from college I went to buy a pastry to consume on the spot, I came across hair intertwined with cheese, I called the person in charge and showed it, not to mention that it had happened again and they apologized and decided to go back to the place. But this time I NEVER appreciate it anymore and they still charged me for the juice I didn't even drink.
