★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tinha ido em um lugar tão RUIM na minha vida, os restaurantes de beira de estrada é melhor que esse lugar.
A única coisa boa é a vista, mas tem outros restaurantes ao lado com a mesma vista.
Ficamos 3 horas na fila de espera e só fomos chamados porque fomos perguntar, se não, estaríamos bem mais esperando. Sendo que tinham mesas vagas a mais de 15 minutos. Eu só esperei porque viajamos 1 hora para conhecer o local ( eu queria muito ir ) e foi passando a hora e pensávamos que sempre seríamos chamados e nada. A moça, coitada fica perdida tendo que atender quem chega e quem tem que chamar sozinha.
Descobrimos que o problema da demora não é os clientes e sim o atendimento.
Ficamos 30 minutos aguardando nossos pratos chegar, pra depois outra atendendo vir tirar o pedido mais uma vez porque o atendente anterior que tinha anotado pediu pra anotar nosso pedido NOVAMENTE, porque ele ESQUECEU. Serio, eu tinha avisado que eu estava passando mal de fome, e ele esqueceu de passar meu pedido. Eu só não fui embora porque eu estava passando muito mal e precisava comer.
Depois refizemos o pedido, que demorou pra chegar uma simples cerveja ( que é pronta ! ). Precisei pedir um molho ( pronto ) 2x !
Deixamos nossas bebidas pela metade porque queríamos muito ir embora daquele lugar.
Quando fomos contar nossa experiência ao rapaz do balcão ele simplesmente ignorou meu marido, não quis nem ouvir.
CARO pra um atendimento péssimo. Se quiser passar nervoso e pagar caro vai nesse lugar.
 I have never been to such a BAD place in my life, the roadside restaurants are better than this place.
The only good thing is the view, but there are other restaurants next door with the same view.
We were in the queue for 3 hours and we were only called because we asked, if not, we would be waiting much longer. Since they had vacant tables for more than 15 minutes. I just waited because we traveled 1 hour to get to know the place (I really wanted to go) and the time went by and we thought we would always be called and nothing. The poor girl is lost having to answer whoever arrives and who has to call alone.
We discovered that the problem of delay is not the customers, but the service.
We waited 30 minutes for our dishes to arrive, and then another attendant came to take the order once again because the previous attendant who had taken our order asked to take our order AGAIN, because he FORGOTTEN. Seriously, I had warned him that I was starving, and he forgot to pass on my order. I just didn't leave because I was feeling really sick and needed to eat.
Then we reordered, which took a while for a simple beer to arrive (which is ready!). I had to ask for a sauce (ready) 2x!
We left our drinks half empty because we really wanted to get out of that place.
When we went to tell the guy at the counter about our experience, he simply ignored my husband, he didn't even want to listen.
Expensive for bad service. If you want to be nervous and pay dearly, go to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos melhores lugares para comer na serra. Cardápio bom e com um ótimo preço, atendimento excelente do Igor e das meninas da recepção (esqueci de perguntar os nomes, desculpa meninas). Eu e minha esposa nos sentimos muito bem vindas e acolhidas.
Pedimos dois drinks, uma entrada de dadinho de tapioca (vem 12) e um ancho, tudo muito bem feito e ótima porção para 2 pessoas.
One of the best places to eat in the mountains. Good menu and a great price, excellent service from Igor and the girls at the reception (I forgot to ask their names, sorry girls). My wife and I feel very welcome and welcomed.
We ordered two drinks, a starter of tapioca dadinho (comes 12) and an ancho, all very well done and great portion for 2 people.

My family and I loved it, we were very well taken care of. We ordered termite plate which was very tasty, and to complete the view is wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei de tudo, atendimento, a anfitriã deu um jeito e liberou rapidamente uma mesa pra nós. Pedido, chegou muito rápido tendo em vista que estava bem movimentado. O preço eu achei bem justo, não é nada exorbitante.
O local é legal, diferente, eu recomendo chegar horas antes do por do sol.
I liked everything, service, the hostess managed and quickly released a table for us. Order arrived very quickly as it was very busy. The price I thought was fair, not exorbitant at all.
The place is nice, different, I recommend arriving hours before sunset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha esposa, adoramos não só a diversidade do cardápio, como o ambiente... é muito bonita a vista no deck superior... não podemos deixar de mencionar o atendimento... Super recomendo....e com certeza voltaremos!!
My wife and I, we love not only the diversity of the menu, but also the atmosphere... the view from the upper deck is very beautiful... we can't forget to mention the service... I highly recommend it... and we will definitely come back !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é lindo, mas precisam melhorar muito, mais muito mesmo no atendimento, principalmente com o seu estoque que pareceu não atender a demanda. Fui com minha família ontem e nos arrependemos de ter ido. Muito descaso, pratos mal feitos, demora nos pedidos, suco de água com um susto de morango, iscas de frango durissimas, cerveja quente, Aperol só com uma gota da bebida, pedíamos uma coisa e vinha outra. Atendente com má vontade.
The place is beautiful, but they need to improve a lot, even more in the service, especially with their stock that didn't seem to meet the demand. I went with my family yesterday and we regret having gone. A lot of neglect, poorly made dishes, delay in ordering, water juice with a strawberry scare, very tough chicken baits, hot beer, Aperol with just a drop of the drink, we would ask for one thing and another would come. Attendant with ill will.
