Hoje, dia 29/11/2020, tive um problema e meu veículo não ligava. Esse ocorrido aconteceu às 13h. Liguei para Alpha ATBM e fui super bem atendido !
A atendente me tratou super bem, pegou meus dados e me deu de 60-90 minutos pra chegar o reboque. O reboque chegou com 30 minutos e levou meu carro ao local indicado !
Tudo rápido ! Profissional ! E muito bem coordenado !
Tenho esse seguro a menos de 1 ano, e não quero e nem penso em me desfazer dele !

Excellent Insurance!
Today, 11/29/2020, I had a problem and my vehicle wouldn't start. This happened at 13h. I called Alpha ATBM and I was very well attended!
The attendant treated me very well, took my data and gave me 60-90 minutes to get the trailer. The trailer arrived with 30 minutes and took my car to the indicated location!
Everything fast! Professional ! And very well coordinated!
I have this insurance for less than 1 year, and I do not want or even think about getting rid of it!
