★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As primeiras vezes que fui na oficina foi otimo , fui bem atendido . Porem uma certa vez fui levar o carro pra um reparo , o carro foi com um defeito e voltou com outro . Toda vez que o carro entrava dentro da oficina era realizado um check list. , supostamente dessa vez nao fizeram o check list pra " comprovar " que o carro entrou de uma forma e saiu de outra . enfim , liguei pra oficina pra tentar conversar e o dono me orientou a levar o carro depois pra eles verem o que podia fazer , passou algumas semanas e como eu trabalho com app demorei pra retornar com o carro , quando venceu a troca de oleo levei na oficina pra trocar o oleo e verificar o defeito que eles causaram no carro . Depois de ter levado o carro o mesmo me ligou e me informou que eu ia ter que levar o carro num eletricista pra ver o que aconteceu . que eles nao tinha nada haver com isso . Ou seja : Ele se omitiu da responsabilidade . Pra completar me venderam uma propaganda enganosa de que o carro entra na oficina e sai limpo . Eu fui cobrado explicitamente pela lavagem a troca de oleo que é 110 e que eu achei que meu carro ia sair limpo saiu por 135 . Me senti completamente lesado e nunca mais levo meu carro na oficina . Os donos sao conhecidos , sao pessoas de bem mas me senti um lixo como consumidor . A falta de concorrência faz com que aconteça esse tipo de coisa. Pois se tivesse uma oficina decente no bairro e que cobrasse um valor justo talvez o cliente seria tratado com mais respeito .

Anyway, I called the garage to try to talk and the owner told me to take the car afterwards so they could see what I could do, a few weeks passed and as I work with the app it took me a long time to return with the car, when I won the oil change I took workshop to change the oil and check the defect they caused in the car. After taking the car, he called me and informed me that I was going to have to take the car to an electrician to see what happened. that they had nothing to do with it. In other words: He omitted responsibility. To top it off, they sold me a misleading advertisement that the car goes into the garage and comes out clean. I was charged explicitly for washing the oil change which is 110 and that I thought my car would come out clean for 135. I felt completely injured and I never take my car back to the garage. The owners are known, they are good people but I felt like garbage as a consumer. The lack of competition makes this kind of thing happen. Because if you had a decent workshop in the neighborhood and charged a fair amount, maybe the customer would be treated with more respect.
