★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neste momento estou a exatamente 43 minutos no telefone aguardando para ser atendido. Já fazem 5 dias que tento contato para solicitar uma simples segunda via de boleto e não respondem nem um e-mail. Considero inaceitável o atendimento com o cliente. Uma vergonha. Não indico para ninguém.

É preciso mandar msg com antecedência pq aparentemente a demanda é alta e não parece haver muitas pessoas para atender. Todas as vezes que precisei ligar ou mandar msg fui atendido pela mesma pessoa (Maria). Só tenho a elogiar o tratamento que recebi. Estão de parabéns!

Ninguém no telefone se quer me dá uma orientação eficaz. Um processo simples e rápido fazem de tudo pra dificultar o máximo o atendimento.
