Experiência e referências negativa. Hoje dia 09/10/2020 16:51hs, frequentei o shopping metrô Itaquera e ao utilizar o equipamento pague aqui, notei que o equipamento não funciona com deveria (Equipamento localizado na entrada principal do shopping). Após colocar a senha para efetivar o cobrança do estacionamento ele apresentou um erro de conexão. Consultei minha conta bancária e notei que foi cobrado o valor referente ao estacionamento. Informei a funcionária da cabine ao lado (Keity) e fui orientado a realizar o pagamento novamente. Ela informou que este valor que supostamente saiu da minha conta seria estornado... Agora fica a dúvida!
A quanto tempo vem apresentando esse erro e será que o valor debitado será estornado?
