★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei uma consulta há duas semanas e um dia antes da consulta me mandaram mensagem falando que a doutora Cláudia tinha um imprevisto e não conseguiria me atender no horário marcado (09:00). Desmarquei meu compromisso das 17:00 e remarquei as 17:00 que era o horário que a doutora podia.
Quando cheguei as 16:50 na clínica, a recepcionista estava tentando me ligar pra avisar que não iam poder me atender (isso no horário da minha consulta).
Falta de respeito e principalmente de responsabilidade. Até porque eu desmarquei meus compromissos para ir no horário solicitado e quando cheguei não me atenderam.
Uma estrela somente pela recepcionista que é muito educada e simpática.
I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago and the day before the appointment they sent me a message saying that Dr. Claudia had an unforeseen event and would not be able to meet me at the scheduled time (09:00). I cleared my appointment at 5:00 pm and rescheduled at 5:00 pm, which was the time the doctor could.
When I arrived at 4:50 pm at the clinic, the receptionist was trying to call me to let me know that they wouldn't be able to answer me (at the time of my appointment).
Lack of respect and especially responsibility. Also because I unscheduled my appointments to go on time and when I arrived they did not attend me.
A star only by the receptionist who is very polite and friendly.
