★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirando a parte que ficaram com meus 5 centavos de troco, na loja do Shopping Cidade (por falta de troco pois paguei no dinheiro) a loja é muito boa, vestuário infantil super moderninho e lindo. Resolvendo essa "questão" de falta de troco a nota seria 10.
Except for the part that got my 5 cents in change, at the Shopping Cidade store (for lack of change because I paid with cash) the store is very good, super modern and beautiful children's clothing. Resolving this "question" of lack of change, the note would be 10.

Entrei na loja não tive nem um cumprimento, e tinha 2 meninas no caixa e uma atendendo a outra cliente. Sendo assim escolhi minhas peças quando cheguei ao caixa, uma das meninas saiu e a outra estava batendo papo com uma moça que já estava com sua compras em mãos (tinha voltado a loja após esquecer uma sacola) e continuou. Quando finalmente a outra garota voltou ela arrumou uma gigante confusão pois não sabia no nome de quem iria passar minha venda pois não fui atendida e ela mesmo decidiu passar no nome de uma vendedora que nem presente estava. Deveria ter passado no nome da loja! Na hora de embrulhar arrumou outra confusão. Resumo a loja tem boas peças, péssimo atendimento. Alphabeto deveria fazer visitas com clientes secretos (para avaliação de atendimento) pois não é a primeira loja que isso me acontece.
Terrible attendance!
I went into the store and I didn't even have a greeting, and there were 2 girls at the checkout and one serving another customer. So I chose my pieces when I got to the cashier, one of the girls left and the other was chatting with a girl who already had her purchases in her hands (she had returned to the store after forgetting a bag) and continued. When the other girl finally came back she got into a huge mess because she didn't know in the name of who would give my sale because I wasn't attended to and she even decided to use the name of a seller who wasn't even present. Should have passed the name of the store! When it came to wrapping up, he made another mess. Summary the store has good parts, poor service. Alphabeto should visit with secret customers (for service evaluation) as it is not the first store that this has happened to me.
