A moça do atendimento ao cliente era super grossa e não sabia explicar o produto que estava vendendo. Quando eu perguntava sobre algo, antes de dizer se queria ou se podia pagar, já me cortava dizendo que custava muito caro. Filha, quem deve dizer se o fru-fru cabe no meu bolso sou eu (cliente)! #ficaadica
Fechei negócio em outra gráfica onde fui melhor atendida, no mesmo dia.
I personally went there to budget business cards and other printed materials for my office. The product seemed to be of quality, but it was not worth the trip. The customer service lady was super thick and didn't know how to explain the product she was selling. When I asked about something, before saying if I wanted or if I could pay, I cut myself saying that it was very expensive. Daughter, who should say if the fru-fru fits in my pocket is me (client)! #ficaadica
I closed a deal at another printing company where I was better served, on the same day.
