 Worst service I have ever seen, over an hour and a half to be attended, that work with scheduling. An incredible clutter.

Poor service. The timetable is not respected, and when questioned the female staff simply repeats that it will be called. In this place no return.

Ambiente limpo e não estava cheio, álcool em gel desde a entrada ate os demais ambientes.
Todos de mascara e ambiente vazio.
Fui atendido no horário agendado , não tendo que aguardar mais que 10 minutos.
Estão de parabéns

Tive uma experiencia bem positiva.
Facilidade no momento de realizar o agendamento.
Organização no momento da chegada, com atenção e ótimo atendimento por parte da recepção.
O local bem limpo e arejado, esta de acordo com todos os regulamentos diante do covid álcool em gel a vontade e toda a equipe de mascara.

I had a very positive experience.
Ease of scheduling.
Organization on arrival, with attention and great service from the reception.
The place is very clean and airy, it is in accordance with all regulations before the covid alcohol gel at will and the entire masking team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui realizar exame admissional para um TELETRABALHO, cujo o qual trabalha-se de casa, mesmo tendo autorização médica para tal, estou finalizando uma lesão no tornozelo, não informam nada em site (creio que seja o mínimo) e se recusam a te atender para verificar a autorização de seu médico para tal, afinal, trabalhar de casa não exige locomoção, inclusive, nem se dá mais atestado médico visto que é TRABALHO REMOTO.
I went through an admission exam for a TELEWORK, which you work from home, even though I have medical authorization to do so, I'm finishing an ankle injury, they don't report anything on the website (I think it's the minimum) and they refuse to assist you to check your doctor's authorization to do so, after all, working from home does not require travel, nor is there any further medical certificate since it is REMOTE WORK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pena não poder dar 0 estrelas. Estou há 5 dias tentando falar no telefone para marcar um exame admissional com a clínica e o telefone NUNCA atende.
Se é assim antes no primeiro contato, imagino o tipo de atendimento que é dado na própria clínica.
Too bad I can't give 0 stars. I've been trying to get on the phone for 5 days to schedule an admission exam with the clinic and the phone NEVER answers.
If it is like this before in the first contact, I can imagine the type of care that is given in the clinic itself.
